It won't play for one of two reasons: 1. There is something inside the DVD player, which keeps it from playing. 2. The DVD player's battery has run out of juice and can no longer play, meaning the player needs to be replaced.
My Portable DVD/Cd Player is DP260. When you switch on the player, the screen does not give any picture. But we can see the CD playing as I can see it is rotating. Pl. help me. D
this problem is with close open switch.if open cover to insert cd you will find one very small switch which sences open or close.put a drop of cleaning oil in it press it 10 times or replace the switch
Since it is a portable does it take batteries or a power plug.
check the batteries. i would go to the sharp website and see if they have a support page and write to them. maybe it is still under warranty.
