I don't see anything that looks like a bulb inside.
First, take off the cover and you will see the bulb. You must have the unit unplugged and do not touch anything else inside the unit after you take off the cover. Theres a capacitor in there that holds a big charge.. Change the bulb as you may have to go to the hardware store as it may not be a regular bulb Most are not. Good Luck
