It's extremely rare but I've seen it happen twice. A brand new fully charged battery can sometimes lock up the processor in any hitech equipment. Leave the phone turned on for 30 minutes, switch off, remove battery and leave for another 30 minutes.
Replace battery, switch on and if you're lucky it'll work. No guarantee with this one. It really shouldn't happen but that's life, sometimes it just do :-)

since you bought a new mobile phone, you need to boost a battery for charging more hours first, and people get around 4 hours of talk
time. You should empty out the battery fully and recharge it fully,
again. Good luck. i have read the reviews oof DARe.so no worried and if you have weak singal stregnth in your area you might loose you battery power quickly anyway thats not your issue.
This phone does not have a SIM card nor holder. Robot Pravash.... is thinking (???) on a different type of phone. I own one, and I know. You can also download the manual, and it will tell you so.
I can not guarantee this Punksk8er but, i did the same thing with my phone by switching the battery with my mother's and I ended up with the initial programming needed sign. This is how i fixed it...
Go to... >Menu Select the option... >Settings Scroll down to... >Phone Settings Then Select the option... >NAM selections There you will see the options >NAM1 &NAM2
Mine was on NAM2 and i switched it to NAM1. The system restarted and the error "initial Programing needed" went away.
I am no phone expert or anything so I don't really understand how it works but i hope this helps you out dude.
