Look in the bottom right corner of your Wolf cooktop. A key symbol glows when the cooktop is locked. Press and hold the glowing key symbol for three seconds. The cooktop emits three chimes and the symbol stops glowing when the lock is switched off.Hold the key symbol down for a further three seconds to reactivate the lock.
Look to the owner manual if you have it as it will likely have the answer you need--if no manual Google the model number with "manual" to try to locate the owner manual---if get or have it read it carefully as it sounds like to me the parental lock is on or something similar to it.
Press the "Menu" button on the remote control and use the arrow buttons to scroll down to the "Parental Guide" option, then press the "Enter" button. Type in the default parental code "6688" if you have not set your own code. If you have set your own code, type it in. If you set your own code and forgot it, override it by using "6688." Use the arrow keys to switch the parental lock to "OFF." This allows all programs to be viewed no matter the rating. Press the "Exit" button on the remote and start watching all your channels
You should see a blue WiFi symbol on the "F2" key (a little tower with curved lines on each side). All of the blue symbols on the keys are functions that are toggled on or off by using the Function "Fn" key.
Press and hold the Function "Fn" key, and at the same time press the "F2" key and then release both.
You should see a comment box in the bottom right corner of the screen pop up telling you that the WiFi has been turned on or off.
Sorry don't have a solution for your problem, but I've got one that you may be able to help me with My Remote control, for which I have no user manual, seems to be locked and the buttons won't do anything. I have noticed a key symbol in the bottom right corner and cas only assume it is locked. Anyone know how I can unlock it? Cheers.
Very easy to fix!! On the remote theres a function button or an f also on the remote theres a mute button. While the tvs turned on press the function(f) button and the mute at the same time and it will unlock.. Good Luck..BTW this on came from APEX customer service!!
