I can load and unload the CD's without a problem but once the CD is loaded it will not play. It won't advance tracks, fastforward or respond at all. This is a brand new Jeep (and player) so this doesn't make any sense. There isn't anything in the owners manual addressing this either. No error appears, it just shows dashes in the track number/time display fields. Any thoughts?

Nope I havent a clue, as this should have been addressed when the jeep was prepped at the dealer unless you are installing the disc wrong in the player?? Take back to the dealer and ask them to fix it NOW!!! Good Luck
