This digital camera opens to a white screen and stays white. i can take pictures but pictures dont show up on the screen...the screen stays completely white - when i check on my computor the pictures are actually shown..so it takes the picture i just cant see the picture on the camera's screen - like i said it stays completely white. help!!rose.
I got my camera for my birthday and it was the samsung sl50. However i don't know why there the screen is black and it shows a little crack, I did not drop it or anything but just took pictures and made movies until it happened. I don't know what to do know. Please HELP, I need to know where i can get a new LCD Screen at and because i don't know if the problem will be solved. Thanks!! :{
My camera has also started doing the same thing. however there are coloured lines on the screen. I never droped the camera or anything. Was using it one second and then it just come up with multicoloured lines. THe screen flashes white every now and then. Howver the camera still takes the photos and movies. Cant be displayed ont eh camera. Please HELP, my birthday is this weekend and no camera! :-(
That is actually the exact same thing I am experiencing but mine has grey lines on the display window. I was able to take photos to a grey screen connect it to my comp...low and behold my pics showed....I am furious....need some answers as I will never hear the end of it from my daughter.

i have a fuji fine pix s5800 for only a few months now and its just started to loose the picture and the picture is conpletly white , but the photos are taking and they come up when i load them on the computer
