I have a hitachi p50h401 i was told it needed a power supply n 10 amp fuse i have replaced the power supply but not sure where the fuse is located. so i still have no power. can you help please?

This problem is mainly on the fuse or in the power supply. Just check first the power chord if they are plug properly to the outlet and to the TV...
If they are properly place but still no picture. It's time for you to call or bring your TV to the nearest repair center for them to fix the trouble

Tries tv unplug,replug it back like about an hour later.By letting the tv restting itself back to the factory setting.Now tv should be working again.If it have the same result.Yes,the power supply board is the problems and the causes.That the board,where the power a/c cord plug into it.Try website like Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

My Hitachi 50" plasma has exactly same problem. I have called local TV service centre, and I was told min. charge is $500 plus $110 for pickup. It is out of the warranty now (almost 3 years old), I really don't know what to do.

check your sdr boards. you can test them with a multi meter. they are known for going bad. what happens is the two caps by the output go bad on the power supply and they make the sdr boards burn out. you can replace the two caps and save lots of money. then please check out this web page http://www.hometheatershack.com/forums/hitachi/38229-hitachi-p50h401-led-flashes-3-times.html

This web page has info about repairing these. The 4 flashing lights maybe the x sus or the y sus but it's still a good idea to check the sdr boards since its a common failer. I had one tv with a bad sdr board flash 3 time and another set it was flashing 4 times.
