HP PhotoSmart 7760 InkJet Printer Logo

Question about HP PhotoSmart 7760 InkJet Printer

1 Answer

Poor photo printing

After one or two good quality prints, the copies lose definition and fade. I have tried all the standard HP fault fixes with no improvement, It used to be a briliant printer but will soon be in the bin if no solution soon,

Have you manually cleaned the printheads. Bad clogs from different reasons sometimes cannot be removed by the printers own cleaning system. Use a good quality solution and thoroughly clean heads.

Old Polaroid photos

Having photographic quality copy prints made will give you far longer life than the original Polaroid. Polaroid colour dyes will shift colours and eventually fade dramatically. New photographic (and some ink jet) prints will last generations without noticeable fading.

Poor quality photos

Usually indicates poor toner. Have you had your toner replaced recently. Refilled toners are notorious for this.
I have had this problem before....replaced toners with a good supplier or manufacturer. Problem solved.
