you have a panel in the left of your ata connetor in motherboard, read there (is writen f_panel1) for apropriate led place (for example reset is writen rst, power led is writen pwr and disk led hd or hdd.)

It would be nice if you can get something on the screen, isn't it? Try fixing a AGP VGA and check. Remove HDD cables while checking for MBD errors.
ok you have defective power supply in hotside section! maybe they have abnormal oscillation!
