Question about HP PSC 1210 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Print product alignment

My business card and address labels are printing about 1/8 - 1/2 inches too high with Broderbund PrintShop version 20. I've done the re-alignment suggested with the print softwear, & the printer, cleaned the rollers, and calibrated the scanner (following instructions after installing new ink cartriges)... but alignment problem still exists... Do I need a new printer ? New softwear ?... Help me out here !! thanks...

    Difficulty printing address labels on my HP 1210 All-in-one. Printing is not aligned and is 1/2" too high for the labels!

    My esp c310 printer keeps giving me a print error 3511 & I have 2 brand new cartriges in it?? Very frustrating since I cannot use it for my business. Am about to throw it out & buy something useful.

I will advice you to locate the print-shop folders that are on your computer. or simple open one of the files you created with this software and right click file location. it will open where all the other files are stored on your computer. backup everything stored on your computer to a flash drive.

Check with Broderbund - either it will work OK - some programmes do or you may have to buy an upgrade - when have you heard that before!!

Will printshop version 22 work with windows7

Hi mfolkart,
Print Shop 22 is compatible with Windows 98 / 2000 / Me / XP
Not sure if Vista or 7 will run it.

I use Windows 7 and the PrintShop Deluxe 22 will not work.

Microsoft's Windows 7 compatibility list shows this product as unknown at this time and recommends using the Vista compatible version. If you need to upgrade to the Vista compatible version there is a free update located at the link below.

Bought new computer. Cannot download my printshop

You might be trying to loading a 32 bit software packege to a 64 bit operating system. See it the store has a 64 bit version. Or you could upgrade the OS with the microsoft pro packege.

My HP Color Laserjet CP3505n gets an error message when trying to print page size color photos from Printshop 21. I can print from other programs without problems.

check with broderbund to see if they have a driver update and check with HP at

Reslove conflict of Print Shop v22 with Vista

if it doesnt works properly with vista the first thing to do is tht install the progam and whr you installed the program click on the main icon right click and properties and compability and change the operating system to xp the sve then try the program
