Any one please help. When I try to transfer video clips taken by my A340 fujipix camera to my pc i get the message no pictures can be found. I have no difficulty to transfer photos but not videos. I have Windows XP with service packs 1 and 2 installed. Thanks for any suggestions.
I had this problem with my Fujifilm Finepix F30 on a WinXP computer but when I tried it on our newer computer also with WinXP it worked, so I think it's a Windows service pack or update.
Movies shot on FUJI's digital cameras are recorded in Motion JPEG format and can be played back using QuickTime version 3.0 or later. (You can download QuickTime from the Apple Computer site). To play back movies in Windows Media Player, download and install DirectX 8.0 or later from the DirectX website. Let us know if it fix your problem,or you need for more help. Good luck !!

i have the same problem but on a fujifilm finepix f47. transfers pics no problem, but doesnt transfer the videoclips.
