Re: power up not likely
This could be anything, literally. My first guess would have been the power supply but you have eliminated that. The rest of the unit is really not serviceable by home owners and would be very difficult for someone without any training. About the only other checks you could make is to check all the fuses. All boards should have at least one and may have several, including some microfuses which are typically marked as Fxxx (where x is a number). Additionally look for charred components (resistors in particular) or burn marks on the board. Check for loose plugs in sockets on interconnection wiring. If everything checks OK you need a repair tech. Furthur troubleshooting can only be done by a competent repairman. It does not sound like the problem should cost all that much to repair in relation to the cost of the TV. Good luck.

Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

When u turn the tv on,u hear alot of clicking? That mean the Ballast that help the projection bulb to work is dead.Change the Ballast, might as well change the bulb too.U don't know what is the condition of the projection bulb in.
This tv have different causes for no power.
Can you tell me if any light on the chassis is off?, if so, let me know the location part number.
Common problem is IC output ( short) or convergence STKs ICs.
Thank you
Remove the rear panel. With the TV on you should see a red LED near the center of the PCB. There should also be 5 green leds, 3 to the left a 2 behind. If there is no red leds, check the fuses. If there are no green leds or maybe 1 or 2, disconect PSD5. It's a connector on the left side of the power board that connects to the audio board. It's the 3rd on fro the back. It's labled. With that disconected, turn on the set and look for the green leds. If all 5 light, the power supply is OK and you have a problem beyond that. If they don't all light you have a bad power supply.
