Checked everything on the BOSCH troubleshooting pages. Thermal cutouts not tripped and reading 0.4 ohms. Resistance from probes on elements all well within range. Flow transducer spinning freely. Voltage good at terminal block. I'm thinking it is most likely a bad control board. Tech support suggested checking elements for a short by testing from probes to ground on the highest ohms setting. (have not done this yet, need to borrow multimeter from my neighbor and he is not home right now). What reading would I be looking for from the probes to ground? If it's a short, it should read open correct? I am still thinking control board, unit is a bit over 3yrs old.
