Can't get wheel off bugaboo bee (to replace it)

I've bought a replacement spare rear wheel (with changing pack) for my bugaboo bee but I can't get the old wheel off. I've followed the instructions but the bolt that the other bolt screws into seems to have attached itself to the wheel axel - any suggestions?

Screw the inner bolt back in but leave sticking up by a 1/4 inch then use a block of wood and a hammer to tap inner bolt to force the outer bolt out.

SOURCE: Are the instructions for fitting the footmuff for

Hi,

Pretty much the same yes. All you need to do is to make sure that the footmuff is hooked over the back of the seat unit (easier to pop off the hood first). Then just loop the harness through the holes and this should fit fine.

I hope this helps.

SOURCE: does a kiddyboard bugaboo fit to bugaboo bee?

Hi,

In short, no. There are no buggy boards that are suitable for the Bee.

Hope this clarifies this for you.

Bugaboo bee 09 rear wheels

Yes the Bee+ wheels fit you need two 4 mm alan / hex keys to take off the wheel. You could just change the bearings they use a 608zz bearing any bearing or skate board shop would sell but you may need to add a few spacing washers as the Bugaboo bearing has an extended core.

First gen bugaboo bee handle locks

Hi Nadia

We cannot assist as this product is not manufactured by us. If Bugaboo can no longer provide help it is unlikely anyone else would be able to as the manufacturer they are the only company who would be able to source spare parts and carry out inspection and repair work required.

I have a problem with my buggaboo Bee plus pram wheels.

Everyone seems to have problems with the bees small wheels. There's an ongoing forum on Bugaboos ask an owner app on Face Book. You're still under warranty so get a new set of wheels from Bugaboo Customer Service also ask for the front wheel washers to fix the swivel jitter problem.
If anyone finds this helpful please tick the box. If it's not let me know.

I'm trying to find the bearings on my bugaboo bee to clean them. where are they?

The front wheels are held on by capped star washers. Removing them will damage them so you need to find replacement washers before you try that. The back wheels can be removed but you need two hex keys. I just stick the wheels in hot soapy water, hose off and wipe dry. I than spray with silicon spray. If you are having the infamous Bugaboo Bee front wheel jitters try putting a rubber washer over the swivel pin.

I've bought a 2006 Bugaboo Bee but I cannot find any manual. Can someone help me so I can take off the brakes and fold it and learn how to use it properly. Cheers Agnes

Hi,

If you visit this link, you will be able to download the correct manual:

http://www.bugaboo.com/user-guides

Select your country, then select the Bee in the next two boxes, then click on the swivel wheel image on the left, this is the version which you will have.

Hope this helps.

On my bugaboo bee 2009 model the rear wheel makes a grinding noise gets worse if on a pavement that is slightly bummpy can anyone help please?

There has been a lot of complaints about the Bee's wheels on the internet including Bugaboo's own Face Book page! Your Bugaboo is ether in or only just out of the 2 year Warranty so contact Bugaboo customer service about getting a replacement set. The rear wheels are held by Hex nuts and are easy to remove with a small hex key any hardware shop can sell you. I use Silicon grease (as used to lubricate taps) when I repair stroller wheels. I think the Bee is a neat little Stroller and my wife has one but it really is only a Shopping Mall Stroller and those little wheels won't tolerate to much rough suburban footpaths.

Our bugaboo bee handle adjusters have had it can they be replaced with new parts or will it require a refit?

it should be covered under warranty so take it back to the shop and ask them to send it back to bugaboo for a free replacement. Or try www.buggypitstop.co.uk for new or second hand bugaboo spares they might be able to help.
