The AH59-02330A remote came with the Samsung HW-D550 sound bar. It is not a universal remote control and will only control Samsung TVs. (The remote may also work with other Samsung audio devices, including the HW-DW551.) Since the HW-D550 was manufactured in 2011, the AH59-02330A remote probably doesn't work with all Samsung TVs built after that date. Manufacturers change codes fairly often. This means that newer universal remotes can control older devices. The reverse is never guaranteed.

If you need the code list for the original HP-T4254 remote, BN59-00599A, these are listed in the manual starting at page 22. The steps to program the remote are on the preceding page. Please note that the codes programmed into the remote will probably not operate devices that are newer than the TV. Sometimes electronic devices that were released less than 6 months before the remote was programmed will not respond to the available codes in the given remote.

If you are trying to find a Samsung TV code that will work with another remote, please indicate which universal remote you are trying to program. (There is a Redi-Remote replacement for the BN59-00599A that does not function as a universal remote.)

Since SAMSUNG does not provide the user manual for the remote by itself but it does provide it with the TV user manual, you can download the TV user manual that has this remote in the manual here:

The Samsung AH59-02291A remote came with several Samsung Home Theater systems, including the HT-H4530 and the HT-H5500W. The remote is not a universal remote and will not control other devices. You can learn a bit more about the remote by looking at the manual for the home theater system that it came with. The HT-H5500W manual is available on that product support page: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/2014-5-1-channel-blu-ray-home-theater-system-ht-h5500w. If you need a universal remote to control the home theater system, look for one manufactured and programmed after 2014 for the 2014 HT-H5500W.

3ktr670957r is the serial number of my tv which has requried the pannel code which i have forgot

They have a good selection. You may have to contact Samsung for the owners manual. I checked the Samsung website out and they did not show your model number. Check you number again, you may be able to download the manual from their site for nothing. I did find a 46ln750 and that may work for you..

I assume that you tried replacing with fresh batteries, the battery contacts are clean?

Universal remotes are available to replace yours. You have to type in a product code for the type of TV.

To check on this I went to Google and put in manual for my Samsung remote and then the # that you put in and the 3rd option states Samsung universal remote and then the part number that will take you to another page called manuals on line were you can download the manual for your remote.
