I had a what sounds like the same problem. More than likely you need to "reset"(our account with XM Radio. (Your radio have stop communication with xm except for channel 1) You can call XM or go to XM'S website. If you have not setup your account for internet usage you will have to do so before you can manage (reset) your radio. Once you reset your radio it may take up to 1 hour before it works. My radio took about 15 min. Good luck
