My Kenmore Catalyst's control panel is flashing "PF"
Some time during a wash cycle the machine stopped. I found it still filled with water and it seemed to be without power. I unplugged it and then plugged it in again, and now it just flashes PF. None of the control buttons do anything.

"PF" flashes if the washer loses power during a running cycle. The washer does not flash "PF" when it is first plugged in.
Press START to continue the cycle from the moment that power was lost
Press STOP/CANCEL to clear the display and completely cancel the cycle.
the water pressure/level fill switch under the control panel is defective,it uses water level/pressure per you setting on the control panel for wash load size to fill it to the set level, then start the washing cycle after it fills
Hard Reset - In some cases the control can be non-functioning or may not accept activation from the control panel. To clear and restart the control follow the these steps:
* Unplug or turn the circuit breaker off for 30 seconds. * Reconnect the unit to the power source by turning the breaker back on or plugging the unit back into the wall outlet. * Press the Pause/Cancel/Stop button twice to clear the "PF" in the display. * Start a short cycle to check the operation of the machine by selecting a cycle and pressing and holding the start button until the machine starts.
