Hi my Compaq Presario CQ61-320SA Notebook PC battery wont keep its charge - i beleived the battery needed replacing so i purcahsed a new HP one - but it still will not hold its charge it just powers off if it is not plugged in - it works without the battery in while plugged in and the hp battery checker says that the battery is fine - could anyone please help?
Contact hp tech support and give them the serial no and product no of the notebook...battery connectors have gone bad

for modem -sp33442, for audio-sp35270, for sm bus controller-sp36492, for quick lounch sp38171, for UAA sp32395, for webcam sp37849, download all drivers and install it.
and install drivers follow these steps:
Open device manager and right-click on Audio device on High definition Audio Bus.
Select Install from a list of specific location (Advanced) Click Next
Select Don’t Search. I will choose the driver to install.
Select Sound, Game & video controller from the list of Hardware type
Click on Have Disk
Click on Browse and navigate to C:\swsetup\sp35270 and click on .ini file OK
Click Next
It will give you an update driver warning message. Click on yes.
It will start installing the driver
Click on Finish..
follow these steps to all drivers install.
