Question about RCA F27665 27" TV
The picture comes in and sound works fine. While the picture is displayed a rainbow of colors starts from center of screen and comes down half way and branches left and right.
If it is a rear projection it probably has cob or spider webs in front lights lenses or mirrors eaasy fix open clean carefully

Your problem sounds like someone got a magnet too close to the CRT. This can be removed with a degauss coil (which you probably do not have) or it will eventually go away if your built in degauss circuit is working. Everytime you turn on the set the circuit degausses the crt so colors can be displayed properly. If the circuit is not working you will need to have a tech repair it.

sounds like you have a deguassing problem with your TV .. have the repair person bring out a deguassing coil and see if thsat helps.. This will only be a temp repair as you will have to have the problem that caused this to be fixed. good Luck
