Question about Heating & Cooling
Go to fw webb and buy 6 inch takeoff .These are galvanized 6 inch steel so you stick it unto the opening then connect your flex duct to it

Does the green power switch light when the Start
key is pressed?
No: - Is door completely closed? Door switch may
be interrupting power.
Yes:- Check the fuses on the controller PCB
- Check heating element plates for continuity

This unit is a cooling unit only. I don't know what switch you are looking at but I don't think it's for the evap. cooler(swamp cooler). I am in the Phoenix, Arizona area and it's very common to have a evap. cooler and a seperate heat/cool system as on the hottest days the evap. cooler doesn't cool enough. I hope this helps. SOURCE: Our Bonaire Evap Cooler stopped after power failure
Turn the power of to both the heater and the cooler. Turn the power back on to the heater and the cooler at the same time then reset codes on controller.
