Casio wont take pictures

I have a casio ex-z60. It powers on fine but wont take a picture. it acts if it the flash isnt charged. And The view picture buttons and the zoom are the only buttons that work. I droped it on its lens a while back. but it worked fine after that after saying lens error after I powered it on once. Now all the buttons dont work and it wont take pictures fine one night broken next morning. Any way I can fix it?

That lens error msg means that you need to send it in. There is no resetting that you can do to fix that. Call the repairs center at 800-706-2534 and then keep choosing option 1. Tell them what's going on and that you would like to send it in for repairs. If they ask just lie and tell them you already talked to tech support. LOL
