Tom, your machine is out of warranty but we can offer a replacement brewer for $68.43. In order to do this, please send in a check or money order with your brewer to the following address:

We have a Bunn model NHBX-B, s/n 143308CH that leaks out the bottom rear and trips the GFI receptacle. Any recourse? Thanks

Our last 2 bunn coffee makers have leaked from the bottom. What is the problem?

Sometimes a seal or gasket will go bad. If you will call 800-352-2866 with the model and code date located on the bottom of your brewer, we will be happy to further assist you.

I have a Bunn coffeemaker and it is not that old. It leaks from the bottom when you fill it with fresh water for a new pot of coffee. The number is NHB code date is 204305. Do you have any ideas?

The brewer probably has a bad seal or gasket. By the date code, your machine is 5 years old. If you call Bunn Customer Service they will be able to offer you an exchange of your old brewer for a new one at a reduced price.

Please give Customer Service a call with the model and date code. If the machine is 3 years old or less, it will be replaced with a new machine. If it is older than 3 years, it can be exchanged for a reduced price.

Please get the model and code date located on the bottom of the brewer. The machine has a 3 year warranty and if it is 3 years old or less, it will be replaced at no cost. If it is older than 3 years old, it will be replaced at a discounted price. Once you have this information please call customer service.
