5.8 ghz set of 4 .This only happens on phones 2 3 &4 not on main phone
Phones are vtech 5.8 ghz
Phone beeps a couple of times then cuts out .They are also very noisy and I have to hold them a certain way to cut noise down
You must register all connected phone to the base phone, follow this few steps:
To use VTEXH 5.8 into other phone;
1. After charging the battery, the screen will display:
2. Press SEL, you will see ENTER BASE ID, if the
screen already says ENTER BASE ID, go to step 3.
3. Enter the 15 digit base unit ID code, located on the
underside of your mi 6820. If you make a mistake,
press the DELETE key to backspace (delete characters),
then enter the correct information.
4. Press SEL to complete the registration process.
5. Once a valid base ID code has been entered, the
display will blank for a second or two, and then
show:
6. If the base accepts the new handset, after several
seconds the new handset will show:
where X is the new handset number assigned,sequentially,
by the base.
NOTE: The 15-digit BASE ID Code may contain numbers and characters,
including0 through 9 and *. Make sure you enter all 15 digits.

De-register all system handsets by:
1. Unplug the base power plug.
2. Press and hold the PAGE key.
3. Plug the base unit power plug back in and con
tinue to hold down the PAGE key for 10 seconds.
4. This will erase all handsets registered to the
base. The handsets will now prompt you to:

Follow this few steps, this was intend to register again your handset into your base.
Well..sounds like interference on the channel. do you have anything else on that same frequency that you can trace down. turn on a phone, and walk around your location, and listen for a higher hum or static. That may be what is at issue here.
May be the frequency problem for noise problem.

WHAT ABOUT THE PROBLEM OF PHONES 2 3 & 4 BEEPING AFTER 45 SECS AND THEN THEY CUT RIGHT OUT AND I LOOSE THE CALLER . THIS IS VERY ANOUYING.THESE PHONES DID THIS FROM DAY ONE.
