connect it to your computer and then go to the E:/ the E drive and go in to artisst click it's song title delete it your mp3 will stop playing and then add it bakc and should work
Hi! Wait for the iPod to discharge and it will automatically turn off when its battery gets discharged or press the middle button and play button simultaneously. It will reset the ipod
Press and hold the center button while holding down the menu button. This will reboot your Ipod. Check your IPod cable to see if its shorted. If might have transferred a song and crash in the middle of the transfer.
Problem resolved. I just let it sit until battery went down far enough for "Battery" alert to come on screen. From there I put a charge on it and everything works fine now. Probably I should have kept it charged up.
