Sears wet/dry vac qps35

Check elecrical connection, or switch may be bad.

There are two outlets on a shop vac one to blow and the other to vacum.

Hi, I know on my Craftsman shop vac 2 different sizes of vacs that I use, I try and stick to the craftsman filters, but you can use other brands if they are not available or you want to save some ( $ ) ? As far as a manual for this vac, more then likely you will have to go to the maker and distributor as Sears, O.C.Hardware also sell there products. You may have to go with a manual that is the same peak H.P.and gallons that covers all different makes and models. Filter wise, make sure you have the right ones on or off when using the wet or dry pick-up settings.

are you using a water , foam material filter?

Check to see if the plastic ball is stuck . There should be a ball under the motor , make sure it moves freely. Make sure your vacum lines are not plugged . Best of luck Ed.

can I run my sears shop vac without the paper bag, for dry pickup?

Go to Sears.com, click on the parts link, put in your model number, a parts list will come up, if you manual is available, you can click on it to buy it.

Either you aren't getting the top on correctly so it will latch, or there maybe a problem with the latches. You should have a one year warranty on this, take it back to Sears and have them look at it.
