I bought an acer laptop.. it blocks my camera from downloading why and what do i do

Sometimes the antivirus software can block downloading pictures. Try disabling the anti virus software then check if you can download.

You could just use a separate card reader to download your pics.

My desktop wont load i keep getting a message saying it couldn't fully load so i get a temp one but i cant get my pics or documents. i have freed up some disk space but i do not know how to get my desktop...
