If multiple pages feed at once, remove the paper from the tray, fan the edges to separate the sheets, then reload it. if Paper Jams Inside the Artisan 700 Series: Open the scanner. Replace your paper pickup rollers.

I have a different all-in-one but the tool used for scanning may be similar. When installing the printer, the MF Toolbox utility was also installed. If I want to scan multiple pages into a single document, I have three options for "Save as type". One is "PDF", another is "PDF (Multiple pages)" the third is "PDF (Add page)". I use the second option for multiple pages. Once the first page is done, a dialog box will appear and prompt me to insert the next page in the scanner and continue.

See if the tools installed with your printer have something similar.

this printer have the option to change the size of paper(the standard long of sheet are 11 inchs, maybe are in 12 or 13), check in you user manual, the size have by default , and if dont the same media size change to the correct size

If you're printing on paper, your paper ran out or multiple
pages have fed at once. Make sure you push the tray lever
up to set the front tray to the paper (lower) position. Then,

Go to the Epson web site and download the Reference Guide that they provide free. This guide includes instructions on using the scanner in Professional mode so you scan multiple images simultaneously

The trick is to put the scanner in PROFESSIONAL MODE !!!!! Select that option in the top right corner of the Epson Scan application when it first opens up.
