Where can I purchase a new front lense or screen for this tv. It got scratched in a move from 1 house to another. How much will it cost or can I get one cut by a aftermarket company? Or do I just need to trash the whole tv?

It's possible the mirror has dome dust on it from jostling during the move. W dried water spot will do it too. The front screen will come off by removing the screws on the bezel. Be extremely careful cleaning the mirror.Any scratch by a cleaning cloth (never use paper) will permanently ruin it.
try to degauss the screen.... here is a a little guide on how to do it if your tv doesnt have the option http://www.wikihow.com/Degauss-a-Computer-Monitor
Your set needs to have both Convergence ICs replaced they are Both STK392-010 you can get new ICs at the following link and they provide free step by step instructions with pics so you can do the job yourself which takes about 45 minutes. Heres the link. http://servicemanuals.vstore.ca/
I just had that problem. Check the terminal board that is on the left if you open the back of the TV. There is a thing in there with the number aa93-something. If you check under that board there should be some solders that have come loose. I just fixed this problem last night!!
