Cannot find drivers for Evesham D470k Xp pro laptop

Replace the AC Adapter, (ebay from £10.00).
Did it come with XP on it? Mine came with Vista and there are conflicts with XP and graphic adapters. There is no XP driver for the ATI adapter in mine.
Go online to Toshiba and download all of the updated drivers that you require. A user friendly system.

Please try the following

1) Go to www.devicedoctor.com and download and install the software
2) Load up the software and click on 'begin scan'
3) The results will show which drivers are missing and then will give you th eoption to download and install them
4) Install all drivers and then restart PC

Some Toshiba laptops are "designed for Vista".
This means that Toshiba will _never_ write and distribute drivers for XP.
Check Toshiba's web-site for "drivers", if any are available.

generally manufacture dont support downgrade, before downgrading please check for drivers for xp in manufacture website

Easiest way is to run eversesthome
click on + by motherboard, click on chipset, click on northbridge at top of right column,

This will id the chipset to google updates.

there are still some new model bundled with Linux, you can buy that one and instead of installing linux, install windows xp , you can have also the xp driver on it
