I have had my PowerShot A75 for a very long time and have never had any problems with it. Now, all of a sudden, it isn't recognized by my computer (a mac ibook) no matter what program I try to download pictures with.
Any suggestions?
i have had a sanyo camera for not even a year yet and it was doing fine but all of a sudden my computer wont recognize it. i tried calling the service center but all it does is put you on an operator.i have had a sanyo camera for not even a year yet and it was doing fine but all of a sudden my computer wont recognize it. i tried calling the service center but all it does is put you on an operator.
Same problem with my Powershot A75 -- all of a sudden won't connect to either of my computers (Gateway laptop running XP, HP desktop running Vista). Downloaded a new driver but installation failed for no apparent reason. After 5 years I guess it's time for a new camera.Same problem with my Powershot A75 -- all of a sudden won't connect to either of my computers (Gateway laptop running XP, HP desktop running Vista). i had to download the pictures at photo store using the memory card reader
and i just bought a new card for it also
it say the usb device is "not functioning" and to replace the device
i wonder if it needs a fuse?
my wife said that it 'may have gotten a little wet"
it still works we just have to get the pictures read thru a card readermy camera cant be recognized either
