Question about JVC AV-28GT1B 28" TV
This sounds like a microprocessor controller problem?? Try to reset the tv by unplugging overnight and starting fresh in the am. If it will go in av then your all set BVut if it dosent go into the menu to see if theres any kind of lockout in the set up for the av. If not then youll have to have the set looked at by a pro. Good Luck
