Child lock I cannot get the child lock off my Audiosonic KM0554 tv I dont have the manual Would you know how to get this symbol off as I cannot play normal tv with it on. Dvd player can run through the tv

sounds like your TV is Locked.Child lock is on.try to disable the child lock. user manual will guide you to do this.Good luck

This will lock out all remote functions (except for Standby). To unlock the TV, press and hold the F key and press MUTE. This will unlock the TV. Please note that the only way to activate or deactivate the Child Lock feature is via remote control - please insure that it is stored securely.

You can try turning it on and pressing all the buttons down at the same time, that sometimes will reset tv's to factory.

i have a audiosonic model kmo544 that has child lock on & no remote control, how can i remove the child lock.

If the front buttons don't work, it is usually caused by
the TV being set in CHILD LOCK.. Try this;
so got into menu and turn child lock to OFF.If you dont have a remote,then unplug at electrical outlet for 5 hours then plug back in and turn back on; box will then reset... Hope this may help you; Regards, VOTIT DON'T FORGET TO RATE

in the remote for your telly there should be a button marked 'display' or 'disp' or a small square with + sign to it--when you have that padlock on the screen just press and hold that button for 5 seconds, that should unlock your tv
