When i dowload music on to my mp3, some music doesnt show up

Every single time i download music on to my mp3 player, some of the music wont show up on my player.. for example: Using windows media player, i download 90 songs, onto my player, and it says all of them have gotten on successfully. BUT when i unplug my player and go back on to look at how many songs it says in the "information" it says i only have 60 songs on my player. Its like half of the music gets earased! im soo confused! someone please help! thanks!

i loooked and it is supported, all the music is an mp3 and if it isnt. Windows media player converts it. So it can go in player. ahh im not very good with electronics as you can tell... this is really quite confousing. Because now ive figured out that, it just randomly picks what songs it wants to have on the player. As said before i have 90 songs dowloaded and it says that all songs have successfully been on the mp3. And then we i look on the mp3 it says i only ahve 60 downloaded, and they are completey random. Ive re done this about 20 million times, and im using the same playlist, and sumtimes songs that got on my mp3 before dont show up, while the other ones doo.

soo if anyone can give me any other options on fixing this, that would be great!!!

Check the bitrate of the songs which didn't make it. If they are too low they are ignored. Also some machines won't tolerate VBR MP3s (variable bitrate) Downloading songs off the Internet can be the cause of this problem. Not all people converting music to MP3s for the Internet use the same specifications. In future keep an eye on the bitrates of the music. Many people use lower rates so they can fit more on their computers but the portable players don't always like them. BMW

If you downloaded the songs using the wrong format which can be changed in your settings, the music you have downloaded is going into the wrong place. The files that you transfer to the MP3 are messing with your V-TOC and if thats the case, then you need to use Windows Explorer and transfer your music to your computer and place the songs into a folder. After you have finished transferring them, you need to go to settings and reset your MP3. Once it has been reset, transfer the songs back over to the MP3. Note: Not all the songs are going to transfer back over because when you were putting music on it in the wrong format, it corrupted files and they may not all be recovered.

I noticed that some songs wouldn't go to my mp3 player randomly. I found that the player would not accept two songs with the same name. For example "track 10". I use itunes. Most of my music is from burned cd's so there are no track names, just tons of "track 10" and other numbers. So i rename them so the player will take them all as different.

The files need to be added to the MP3 directory on the MP3 player, not the root. The player won't see them unless they are in the MP3 directory regardless of actual file type.

There are MP3s and then there are MP3s. Some are VBR (variable bitrate) then there are MP3s recorded at a high bitrate and MP3s recorded at a low bitrate. Some players don't like Low bitrate MP3s and a few don't like Very high MP3s. All you have to do is check your manual and find out what the manufacturer recommends as the optimum bit rate and make sure the one's you're loading fall into that recommendation. Maybe it's a problem with DRM or Digital Rights Management which is a system designed to stop people from doing exactly what you're doing, copying copyrighted music. As I'm not here to encourage piracy you'll have to search the Net yourself to find out how to bypass it. If you're using the software that came with the unit why not just drag and drop the MP3s into your player? Creative software is rather hard to handle unless you're savvy with mp3S BMW

SOURCE: unable to sync music purchased from itunes onto zen mp3

Ticodude is right, Creative players do not support iTunes, and vice versa. There is, however, 3rd party software that will not only allow you to sync your Zen player with iTunes. It will also perform a completely legal 'virtual burn' of those protected ACC files (m4p) and allow you to sync them as well. It's called TuneClone, you can download it here: http://www.tuneclone.com/itunes-creative-zen/

Another 3rd party app that is very popular for this is iTunesSync: http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file/fid,69633/description.html

SOURCE: my zen mosaic is not downloading songs

You may be looking at the library on your computer. In Centrale with the player connected, double click on the Mosaic player icon at the bottom of the list on the left of the screen. This brings up a contents list identical to that above(which is for the PC not the player)

I plugged my mp3 player into my laptop to put music on but i deleted thye music file button so when i download music now it has to go into the playlist or just on the mp3 and it wont open

From the playlist you need to transfer to the Mp3
you will be able to point on songs and it will appear the various options! Hope it is sufficient for you and all music you deleted should be in the playlist unless you deleted it too,in this case you need to dowload it again!

I cant transfer my music to my mp3 player

i think you should check the file type of the music you download. maybe it does not match with the one that should be dowloaded in your mp3 player. but im not that sure. just check for the other answers. try to download some audio or mp3/mp4 converter to convert the one you download with to the one that you want to download on your mp3. like for example. music.mpeg to music.wav or music.mp3, something like that
