Eroneous message to say remove lens cap when lens cap isn't attached.

I read a previous submission regarding the same problem that was sent in on 2nd May 2006 and responded to by `Silly girl` who advised that JVC has recognised that there is a problem and has agreed to repair the cameras free of charge but that it is restricted to certain models;18 mini DV recorders and 9 VHS. My particular camera is a GR-DX75AH and does not appear on the list although the GR-DX75SU does. I am not prepared to just blindly accept that cognisance is given to a problem that exists in 18 models of JVC MDV's but exactly the same problem is not accepted as a fault in my particular model because the model type ends in AH and not SU. I would really appreciate it if someone out there would be kind enough to give me a contact address for JVC, either UK or US (it was bought in the US)so that i can challenge the company directly.

Apparently this same problem exists on many different models. I have a JVC grd72u. I called JVC @ 800-252-5722. I selected the "Corrective Action Program" prompt from the automated attendent. I spoke to a customer service rep. They are aware of the problem and are fixing it for free, but only until 12/31/07. I suggest you call ASAP and get your name in the computer. If the problem is something besides the CCD sensor, they will call you with the estimate to repair.

Getting error message "Turn of the camera, remove the camera lens and turn on the camera"

This is an error due to programming of the camera. The lens is either sticking or not open fully as it should causing the camera to think the lens isn't open at all. I would try to download an update for your camera's software or have it sent in and upgraded.

hi dear alexanderesma, your lens have the pin roller's out of cylinder helicoid,some case maybe repaired, otherwise change of lens unit become necessary.

Cant read messages sent or receive inthe previous message area

Hi...

This problem are mostly happen because of many barrier in instant messaging. I am a cafe attendant before and my customer keep complaining me about this problem. The solution of this problem is you need to sign out first and sign in again. If the same things happen you need to restart you computer to fix this problem.
