You should put it on rock nothing eles sounds as good as rock you go to dsp and change it there
I have the exact same problem and the battery is full. It's hissy right out of the box. I'm almost positive that I'm going to return this as thus far it's garbage.
Try different headphones, or just charge the battery!!
If you still have a problem with the battery I'm selling A Faulty Sansa E250 on ebay Australia where you could get the battery from. The battery works fine.
Your battery is running low, try replacing it.

i put all of the music back on
this is only new music that is acting wrong not my original music
the new music worked for about a month
