MediaForm 5908 CD burner buzzing

We moved our MediaForm 5908 CD burner to another counter, and it started buzzing. If we tilt it up a bit on its left side, the buzzing stops. If we tilt it to the right, the buzzing increases. It still burns okay, just noisy.

How does the information get into the Mediaform cd-3703 I am new to using the burner

Was there a "User Guide" supplied with manual?
Does it contain instructions?

Since this seems to be a "bulk" CD-copier,
is it possible that FIRST insert the "master" CD, and let the copier read everything from that disk, and then you start inserting "blank" CDs, to make copies?

Reinstall Os

I'm not entirely familliar with this system and also it appears to be discontinued from the manufacturer, http://www.mfdigital.com/ it may be possible to "clone" a disk from a working one using Norton ghost or something similar. (but that means finding someone willing to let you dissasemble their working one), with norton ghost you should be able to copy entire disk from the working disk to a new disk. the manufacturer does have a firmware update disk for this but that most likely only updates the system once it is working.
