Lg 55lv4400-ua I turned the tv of with the remote when I left the house. 4 or 5 hours later went to turn it back on and nothing happens. Unplugged and let sit for a while, plugged back in, standby light comes on but went right back of when you used the power button. Either on remote or TV. Today the red light just stays on. Doesn't matter what buttons you push, no sound light picture nothing. We just got this TV for Christmas so is just about a month old

Thirst thing to try is take the batterys out of the remote and push all of the buttons to get any electric static for say 3 to 5 minutes if that don't work try to see if your remote signal works by using your iphone and take a few photos of the remote beam when pressing ,or the remote in the tv might have gone. Ps happened to me

This problem is related to the mainboard and should be replaced. You can try to heat up the microprocessor with a heat gun though best solution is to replace mainboard. Part number is EBU60864321.

Hello kurzty, please use the INPUT button located on either your remote or on the TV UNIT to change the existing input station/video. Keep cycling through the input selections until you see the regular programming again. If you can at LEAST see the menu pop up on the screen, you know nothing happened to your projection device. which means your NOT going to have to pay several HUNDRED bucks for a repair if your not under warranty. Sounds like a bad power board.

take your tv to technician who can check your power supply, if your power is coming on and off, than a problem is not as big. firstly let him check a ht of a supply constantly, your supply is cutting.

I think there could have been a power surge... ask the repairman if the power supply is blown. :)

I have the same problem. The only way to get the TV to come on is to unplug it, but once you get it back on it turns itself off again in a few minutes.
