Programming items on left hand side of the tk 2700 tou can program items to come on the reciept eg. shirt, socks, jeans. can anyone please tell me how to do this. it was done before but i had to init the machine and now i just get the default on the reciept. thank you

The answer depends on the brand and model number which are not indicated here.

It is called clerk name programming. Usually in the program 2 section of the manual. Run through the tables and find the memory numbers for the clerks. -------------------------------------------------

Nokia Restriction Codes are used to remove restrictions added to a Nokia phone by your original carrier so it will only work with their network. It is also known as an unlock code or an unlock password.
You can get the unlock code through online..........i will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website.

Turn key to PROGRAM mode. Turn power off at wall. Hold RECEIPT FEED down - keep your finger on it. Turn power on at wall. Wait 5 seconds, then let go of RECEIPT FEED. You should see "FFFFFFFFFF" on display. Press SUBTOTAL.
That will jump the machine out of the sale.
Now, while still in program mode, 3 SUBTOTAL (display should show P3) 0 Now press an item with condiment problem. If you have a few items with this problem, press 0 before each item. SUBTOTAL
Now turn back to REG and try them in a sale. If they work, you can go back to programming them correctly.

If you mean the small clear plastic guides, they are hard to get now. you don't need to worry about the one on the journal side, but the receipt one can cause the paper to jam when issuing receipts. You may have to contact some dealers in your area to see if you can obtain one. This printer was also used in other brands such as the Sharp ER-A570 so try Sharp dealers too.

Turn key to program mode 2 SUBTOTAL 132 SUBTOTAL Now type the new message for the first line of the receipt using the programming sheet (the one with the alphabet) 00 (double zero button) CASH SUBTOTAL
To do the next three lines, just replace the 132 with 232, 332, or 432 and use the same method

THIS WORKS FOR THE TK-4300 ; NOT SURE IF IT APPLIES TO YOUR MODEL..

1. TURN THE KEY TO THE PROGRAM POSITION
2. ENTER 2 AND PUSH THE SUBTOTAL BUTTON
3. ENTER LINE NUMBER + 35 AND PUSH THE SUBTOTAL BUTTON
(EXAMPLE: LINE 1 WOULD BE 135-LINE 2 WOULD BE 235 ECT.)
4. TYPE IN THE MESSAGE FOR THAT LINE AND PUSH THE CASH BUTTON
5. CONTINUE ENTERING LINE NUMBERS AND TYPING MESSAGES FOR EACH LINE
6. PUSH THE SUBTOTAL BUTTON WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED
THERE ARE TWELVE LINES OF MESSAGES YOU CAN PUT ON THE RECEIPT TAPE . EACH LINE CAN CONTAIN 21 CHARACTERS. THAY ARE ALLOCATED AS FOLLOWS: LINE 1-4 ARE FOR THE COMMERCIAL MESSAGE ,LINES 5-8 IS THE BOTTOM MESSAGE, AND LINES 9-12 IS THE LOGO MESSAGE.
THERE SHOULD BE A ALPHA CHART UNDER YOUR MENU SHEET

Now get out your programming sheet for the keyboard.
Press SPACE then the POUND symbol
CASH
SUBTOTAL
