How can I do a Factory Default Reset on a Kyocera FS-1028 MFP? I can't access the device throught the Command Center Web link or throught the control panel.

Log into your pc as admin and under the driver properties change from kpdl to pcl5
Its a combo of a problem with adobe reader and the KPDL driver

I think the two lights flashing together indicates waste toner box missing or full but as this printer doesn't have a waste bottle I assume it means the processing unit (ie the drum bit) needs replacing.

hello helpless try to clean the printer from smeared tonner and the transfer. the grey print could be as a result of printing using application sofware. make sure the tonner economy mode is not active form the application software,if it was turn it off and save, then reprint.

I was able to get into the control panel on the console but I don't know how to do a factory default reset on this FS-1028 MFP. Nor can I access the Command Center from the IE brower. Is there a key combination that would set this thing back to factory settings?
