To remove Network lock and make any Sim Card work in that Phone,you need to Unlock it,get the Unlock code at

You have reached the entry limit. Now, you can't use the sim card anymore. Your only option is to call the customer care of your sim card service provider (network operator) and tell them the problem, they'll let you know what to do to get a new replacement (I have never seen reactivating it, only replacement is done). In fact, you should not have entered the codes since it's not the code to unlock your phone, it's called the Puk code (personal unblocking key or pin unlock key) which can be obtained from the Network operator only, no one else can help on this except the network operator. And if someone tells you that he or she can help you to obtain the code, then he/she will definitely call up the customer care of your sim card network operator.
Done is done, but we need to be careful with this next time..

Hey, pin unlocking process is concerned with your service provider and not with your phone.
call costomer care and tell your sim card no.ask for PUK code(pin unlock code).
this code will unlock the phone.

Hey I see you posted this a couple of months back. I'm having the same problem. Can you tell me how you fixed it??

i have lg prada ke850. 'unlocked' cell phone, and just received in mail and activated. as soon as i turn it on, it shows 'locked'. i hit the unlock side key but nothing changes. pls send me a solution. lg manual is here but so poorly written i cant understand. even it does not show cervice center in usa nor it has index page in the back. worst manual i ever seen.

just ask the phone company provider for your PUK2 AND PUK codes.
when you get them go to the jump menu dial
**05*PUK*passcode*passcode#
the passcode is any 4-8 digits you'd like, that are NOT, AND I REPEAT N - O - T consecutive.
(for example 2736 is good whereas 1234 or 9876 is bad)
if it asks your for the code again put in the PUK2 then go to settings> network options goto the "scan and select manually" button and chose your carrier.

You can contact your optus provider and ask them the UNLOCK CODE.

Other simple way is by using "universal sim" tool. Like X-SIM or other product.

Or you can use special device like JAF PLUS or BB5 BOX to unlock this fone by your self. Off course you need to be expert for using this tool, otherwise you can kill your fone.

I think you need to insert the original Sim card that was used when you set the code.  The code is stored in the card. Once you have done that and unlocked the phone, the phone will work with all other Sim cards.  Just remember if you set the code you have to use the card that was in use at the time.

You can take the phone to a shop and they might be able to clear it.  They have special software for that purpose, that isn't readily available to all.
