The mother company is Euro-Pro or Shark.

My feeling from a service aspect, they are pretty cheap units, and when it comes time for a service, they are a little expensive to fix. You would be better off with another brand, such as Hoover or Eureka. That is my personal opinion and mostly because those two brands are using universal parts.

I have the power head, wand & hose, exrra belt, 4 heps filters ans a spare main vacuum motor for Fantom Lightning. My main motor burned out. Found a used motor on Ebay. Went to change it and part of wiring was burned, so I decided not to rosk reairs with bad wiring. Power head was not attached at the time, so it is fine. I'll sell all together for a decent price, it you're interested

On my fantom cylone I use a 2 foot wire with small hook. Open bottom and push wire up the vacuum channels. There is also a channel that goes to the brush. Check for suction at hose. If none then your one of your channels going up are blocked. If you have suction at hose but none at floor brush then channel to floor brush is plugged.
