I have to print off flight tickets contained in an email. Some of the text is missing from print. Same happens when I passte into a Word document. Any advice appreciated!
Have you tried High-lighting the portion of the email that you want printed? Sometimes that works for me. Another thing you might do is go deep into your printer's settings and you might be able to find a dialogue pertaining to emails. Doing a Print Preview is helpful in letting you know that your info will be printed like it's supposed to be.
good luck

P.S. sorry i didn't have the golden solution, but I'm sure you'll figure it out.
This usually ocurrs because your printer margins are incorrect.
At your email program or at your word program Do a preview first and set the margins
Use the option (fit the doc to a one page)
Check how many pages are demanding your document, and delete the unnecesary pages
Check your printer setting in your email program or in your word document
Check if your printer is using "landscape" instead of "portrait"
And try printing again.
