Here are the messages: Placing the old cartridge in to the printer the message is “88 replace cyan cartridge see user manual”. Placing the new cartridge in the printer the message is “32.07 replace – unsupported cyan cartridge”. The old cartridge is C544X1CG The new cartridge is C544X1CG The printer serial# 9812219 The printer machine# 5025-230 This is their reply. This is normal behavior for proprietary print devices if you have not provided them with a new print cartridge and have instead filled them yourself.

Take out the Cartridge & get a new one if the problem persists then get the printer software reinstalled & if still it is not printing then clean up the cartridge head with cotton swabs dipped in hot water!
This should clean the head & black will be on paper
DO THIS AS FINAL REFUGE
If still its not working then there's some problem in the copper contact surface in the printer on the cradle so get a new Printer.

OMG! The cartridges are so expensive. I've tried to refill the cartridge myself and it put up an error message too. The only thing i did was splurge and bought a new cartridge!! Sorry.
