Puchased ink is unsupported

Thid is my email to your supplier. Dear Alison: I could not get a readable picture from the printer’s screen. Here are the messages: Placing the old cartridge in to the printer the message is “88 replace cyan cartridge see user manual”. Placing the new cartridge in the printer the message is “32.07 replace – unsupported cyan cartridge”. The old cartridge is C544X1CG The new cartridge is C544X1CG The printer serial# 9812219 The printer machine# 5025-230 This is their reply. Unfortunately you will have to contact Lexmark for further support, as we can only give support for our products. -- Allison Kennedy Customer Services 123 Ink Cartridges - 3CPS Canada http://www.123inkcartridges.ca Toll free number: 1-866-979-7463 Montreal phone number: 514-223-7180 Vancouver phone number: 604-278-7790 I cannot print at all. Hi tfonts,

This is normal behavior for proprietary print devices if you have not provided them with a new print cartridge and have instead filled them yourself.

SOURCE: Printer doesn't print even with new ink cartridges.

Take out the Cartridge & get a new one if the problem persists then get the printer software reinstalled & if still it is not printing then clean up the cartridge head with cotton swabs dipped in hot water!
This should clean the head & black will be on paper

DO THIS AS FINAL REFUGE
If still its not working then there's some problem in the copper contact surface in the printer on the cradle so get a new Printer.

SOURCE: Lexmark x2500 printer ink cartridge

OMG! The cartridges are so expensive. I've tried to refill the cartridge myself and it put up an error message too. The only thing i did was splurge and bought a new cartridge!! Sorry.

I have a canon pixma mx320. I purchased on line refillable ink cartridges. The problem is the printer will not let me copy, print or even fax. The screen keeps reading black ink volume level not readable....

Go into the Canon Printer Utilities. Click on Solution Menu folder. Click on Solution Menu icon.
A new window will open up. Click on "Change settings or find solutions to problems.
A new window will open up. This screen will give you 3 selections to choose from.
They are: Printer Settings, Printer Status and Troubleshooting. You will be able to reset your ink cartridge levels from these windows and try to print again.

Hp remfg black cartridge for hp 1610 unreadable

Hi, it is possible that your supplier has a faulty batch of cartridges. The only way to rule this out is to purchase a genuine one, try that and see how you go. Im sure if the problem is the ink , your supplier will be helpful, especially since you have been a customer for 2 years

Gentlemen, I bought 3 months ago a printer model MP-510. It worked fine, until I replaced one of the ink tank ( black) with a kit of refill ink from a local supplier. Now my printer refused to print any...

insert orignal canon black ink tank it will work .return that ink tank as the chip in that ink tank is not detected by the printer so you are facing this problem.

thanks.

Unsupported cartridge message

I was having this problem with a Z730. The printer was finally working again after removing and inserting ink cartridge like 40-50 times. No pun intended. After installing cartridge try turning off printer and then back on.

Massage unsupport ink on lexmark X4270

Sadly, not all inks are created equal, and even inks that are claimed "compatable" are not allways safe. My HP photo printer worked great for 2 years, then I put in a "will fit" from a name brand office supply store, the printer nozzles plugged on the second print, never to print correctly again. My replacement printer is a Kodak 5300 all in one, chosen for low ink costs/ hi-output, and I get photo-lab quality, borderless prints day after day. (I'm a photographer/artist) I have run 6 color and 5 blacks for thousands of graphics, in a period of 2 months getting ready for a showing, with maybe 1 or 2 misprints.

Ink system failure

Did you try removing and reinstalling the new print cartridge? If it still does it, try powering it off, unplug it, wait 5 minutes then plug it back in. If it still does it, you could try a reset on it.
