Check your bluetooth and make sure that it is capable of playing music through the headset. I had a Motorola Bluetooth headset that was unable to play music through it, but I later then upgraded to a Plantronics headset, and this played music just fine.

As for not being able to hear voice messages through your bluetooth headset, make sure that the volumes are up on both the device and the headset, and try deleting the paired device and re-pairing it!
Go into the Media icon. Hit the BlackBerry® (menu) button and select ‘Explore’. Select‘device memory/home/user/voice notes’. Highlight the voice note and hit the menu button. Select‘Copy’. Hit ‘Up’ twice. Highlight the ringtones folder. Hit the menu button and click on ‘Copy Into’.
If the voice note is stored on the media card:
Go into the Media icon. Hit the BlackBerry® (menu) button and select ‘Explore’. Select‘Media Card/BlackBerry®/voice notes’. Highlight the voice note and hit the menu button. Select‘Copy’. Hit ‘Up’ twice. Highlight the ringtones folder. Hit the menu button and click on ‘Copy Into’.
Now the voice note will be available as a ringtone and can be assigned to a specific individual.
mine does it from tme to time and so does my friends.....unusual solution but banging the phone on a table quite hard a couple of times really does the trick.
Go to organiser and tools then select voice record..... then select it. And then press stop once you've finished... Then go to music in my files and look for "Recording" And that'll be it...? You do mean voice record aye?
