Hi . . i have a Transcend T.sonic 610 1 gb player but its not working

I had stored song into it but on starting the mp3 player it shows "no files"
the other things like radio are working alright .

plz get me a solution to it

    i have the same problem. even if i load mp3 files onto my transcend 610, it does not read the files and says that there are no files on the player.

    Hi,

    I copied the songs from my PC to T sonic , but on starting it shows

    948 MBfree and No files.

Use the cd given to u
in tht use recovery tool
first of all install them in ur pc

plug your sonic 610 into usb port on your computer once its reconized right click on your device then select new folder the name it music drop and drag your songs in that folder.

Got problem in transcend t.sonic 610 mp3 player. It showing that there is no music file, but i uploaded more than 100 music files. please give me a solution to resolve the issue
Hi,

Recently a virus is attacking these type of storage devices. That virus will hide all the files, so you cannot see any music files from your player. But from your computer you can view all the music files.

The better way is first scan with antivirus and then add songs to your player. Now it will work.

My player is not starting..when i pressed to start..its automatically doing off,its transcend 610,even i done virus check..it showing no threat found..can any one help me.
format it, except tht u shud copy a hidden file which is revealed when u click on reveal hidden folders and files in the tools or other menu bars, and copy it back again wen u finish formatting.DO NOT FORGET TO COPY OTHERWISE UR MP3 PLAYER WILL NEVER WORK AGAIN

Transcend t sonic 610 2 gb player is not getting format
when you purchased the t sonic mp3 player 610 box pack at that time or in that box one CD is there. put that CD in CD ROM and install recovery. then in recovery or where the recovery is install go there and select firmware update, when we update the firmware virsion at that time the data will be loss.during the update don't disconnect the drive.

File format error - Transcend T.sonic 610(1gb)
I had the same problem. I had formatted the player's drive using Windows explorer and the got this error: "File Format error" while trying to play any mp3 file.
I went to the command prompt. Deleted all files:
E:\> del *
Then I copied the MP3 files again in the T.sonic MP3 player. All MP3 files played fine after this.
