First of all ...do a factory reset .... if that does not help then the mic has to changed or the mic track seems to have problems .... go to nokia service station if under warranty ... first try factory reset .... default code is 12345

i've incountered your problem when i bought a car charger..the reason i know is that on the car charger itself. The car charger hava electronic parts inside on it to make the power of car battery will be stepped down into the power needed by your fon batterry..so,if these electronic parts particularly capacitors are not filtered to much the power which distributes to your fon battery.then you can hear unwanted noisy sounds to your fon everytime you are going to charge.So,if you can bring it to an electronic technician for check-up,go on.But if you have the knowledge to do it,then go on and investigate the possible defects i told you..
