Can not clear playlist from mp3 player

Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio Books, etc. from MP3 Player
Hook up your mp3 player to your computer Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer" When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there. Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible. Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete" Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want. Be careful and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player. Good Luck, I hope this helps Please rate me, Thank You

Insignia 8G video MP3 I'd like to know how to delete the current playlist and then use the playlist to view my photos. Thanks

To erase the current content of your player, go to the Settings menu, then System, then Erase Internal (or External) Storage. This will remove all current content on the player. Remember to back up your files first if needed! To view photos you've uploaded to the player, press Menu, then Photos and select the photo you wish to view from the list. More details can be found in the owner's manual.

Delete all songs

Automatically adding and removing songs and playlistsWhen iPod is set to automatically sync all music with iTunes (default setting), songs and playlists that are added or deleted from your iTunes Library will also be added or deleted from your iPod when the iPod is connected and synced with iTunes. If your iPod is set to only sync certain playlists automatically, songs are added or removed from the iPod when they are added or removed from the playlists in iTunes that are synced to iPod1. For more information about automatic syncing with iPod, see the iPod Tutorials and this article.

Deleting playlist

Nextar MA933A – Deleting Playlists
There are a couple of different ways to approach this problem.
You could 1. connect the Nextar to your computer
2. Double-click My Computer
3. Double-click the icon that corresponds to the Nextar – this is going to be different for every computer – some will have an actual Nextar icon, some will display it as USB Mass Storage Device, and others will list it as a Removable Drive – if it is listed as a Removable Drive, you can find the right one by double-clicking each removable drive until it gives you a new window with folders labeled Music, etc.
4. Enter the Music folder and Delete the folder that corresponds to the playlist that you want to delete

If that set of methods fails, or your mp3 player does not allow you to view the contents of the drive:
1. Go to the MSC menu
2. Press MENU button
3. When you see a song displayed in the LCD, press the Play key to pause the song
4. Once song is paused, press the MENU button
5. Select “Delete File,” and select the songs you want to delete
6. Use the Menu left/right keys to toggle between “Yes” delete and “No” don’t delete
