Hi, I had the same problem (F11), and ended up having to buy a new pump (£22) which did the trick. What was annoying was that my washing machine was only just over a year old and the old pump has become rusty!

Take the back of the machine off.
You will need to try and tilt the machine forward or lay on the floor.
The bottom right you will see the pump witha pipe from the bottom of the drum.
Undo the plastic circlip with a small screwdriver by prising it apart. Then undo the clip onto the pump motor. Once undone check to see what rubbish has been collected. Empty by clicking the plastic and removing the floating ball ( which looks like a pingpong ball ) you will more than likely find old socks , handkerchiefs or other small items lodged and stopping the water pumping out
Just reassemble and Refit in the reverse to taking off.

Forgot to mention , if you have a small tray put it underneath as a bit of water will come out of the system and the pipework you remove.

It is possible your water supply is to low or your screens may be blocked at the inlet attachment to the washer. The other scenario a sticky or failing pump solenoid ; by which a direct replacement of the pump assembly may be required. Try to lubricate and actuate valve by hand if possible.

Fare Well.

What is f4 and f7 error code

F04 Error code is "Pressure switch jammed on empty"
F07 Error code is "Heater relay stuck"

Both would require you to dis-assemble the washer to get to each part for checking / replacing.

My hotpoint wt640 will not empty and has an f11 code

Hi

Error F11 means that F11 - No hot fill. The ambient temperature is likely to be below freezing possibly due to the pipes being frozen. Also check that the taps are on or if the drain hoses are kinked. This may also have happenned if the washer is not draining. It may have happenned due to drain pump is not working. Try and check the drain pump, if the connections to the pump are fine. Please post back for further assistance.

Error code 51? F & F intuitive washer

Hi just read your posting.Error code 51 means you have a Recirculation Fault. This means while the machine is filling or washing it loses water.Error code 37 means you have Pump Block error which means the machine is not draining. Please look under the machine to the front right and you should see a pump with a red or black fan attached. Can you confirm this please? I think there is a problem with your diverter valve and the information on your type of pump will help me rectify this problem for you. Please reply with additional information on the type of pump in your machine.Looking forward to your reply.

Repair manual for hotpoint wt960p

The error code does not mean that the pressure switch is faulty, it is indicating a fault that affects the function of the switch.
The problem is actually a blockage in the pump or pump filter.
To rectify the problem, do the following.
Remove lower rear panel of washer.
Remove large black hose on bottom of drum.
Remove and clean plastic filter inside hose.
Remove hose onto pump, and check for blockage or obstruction hers as well.
This should solve the problem
Please leave feedback for my solution.
Thankyou.

Hi I have a hotpoint washing machine model wt761 and it has stopped working, it will not drain. The display is showing an error code F-05. Can you help me please.

You have a blockage not allowing the drum to empty.
Check for blockages via the pump filter and the hoses
F05 means blocked pressure switch
If it still won't work come back to me
