Drivernya dah di Install belum gan ?
kabel Koneksi dari Handycam ke PC pastikan dalam kondisi bagus/ga patah didalam kabel.
biasanya kalo kondisi kabel bagus,bakalan keluar keterangan Found new Hardware > Unknow Device.
atau pastikan aja dari Computer Management > Device Manager.
(Click Kanan my Computer > pilih MANAGE).
Kalo ada Tanda Tanya Kuning berarti Kabel Kondisi bagus.
Trus kalo Driver belum di install,ente bisa download dari :
