I need the driver for Philips PC cam SIC4750/27 and download it on Windows 98

It seems that the driver you installed is for windows 98, and if you are using windows xp or vista, you must download a compatible driver for it.

Beacause every operating system requires a driver compatible with it.

Then to use it on the Web, do this.

Web Camera's have to be setup on the program they are to be used with. Just installing the camera on your computer does not set it up to broadcast on messengers or Skype.
Each program has Options that have to be setup in order for the Audio and Video to function properly.

A. Skype Setup:
After downloading and installing Skype (http://www.skype.com/intl/en-gb/download/skype/windows/beta/downloading/ )
set it up as follows:
Go to Tools, then Options, and click on Audio Settings and set the Microphone and Speakers to the computer Audio Card.
Then click on the Video Settings.
The camera, if Installed Properly, it will come up and show a video picture.
Then, on the bottom of the page click save.
The camera and audio should function properly. Your friends and Family will now be able to see and hear you.

Let us know the manufacturer ,model no,gb of the pen drive you are using so that we can direct you using proper drivers for windows 98..I will suggest you to install windows xp as it don't require any drivers for pen drive ,it install it automatically...but still if you want to go with windows 98 and want to download drivers then let us know more information regarding the pen drive...

This camera is a problem. I download the driver and never function. Is better change it for another brand.

I also have lost my CD for the Phillips SIC4750/27 we cam. I had my Windows Vista do a search for new harware, it found my cam and indentified it as a Sunplus EZcam III, and my computor installed the driver for it: ver. 1.0.4.8 last updated 08/22/2002, and the camera seems to be working fine with this driver.
